Avengers: Infinity War saw half the universe get dusted after Thanos used the Infinity Gauntlet. Those who died were brought back in Avengers: Endgame, and Spider-Man: Far From Home comedically dealt with the consequences of the victory. A viral website now expands further on what happened to Earth following what came to be known as "The Blip."

TheDailyBugle.net features various stories about the Decimation, including a tale of fraud. 47-year-old Jack Triconi explains how he was a stunt man who was blipped in the middle of filming a movie, saying, “My crew and I were working on the new Extreme Measures movie. I was right in the middle of a leap off a sixty-story building - the fallpad was below me and everything - and then I blipped. I guess they didn’t leave the pad there for five years, cuz I’ve been in the hospital ever since.”

There was some question following Endgame as to what happened to those who were snapped while in precarious positions, with Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige confirming Hulk would have also returned them to safe places. The site later added, "Update: After further investigation it’s been discovered that Jack Triconi never blipped away at all and was faking his situation as a way to claim insurance money. His name was posted on the local docket this week after being arrested for insurance fraud and sentenced to months in prison."

This isn't the only example of someone faking being blipped. Roger Harrington -- who is also featured on the Bugle's website -- recalls his wife pretending to be blipped so that she could leave him. Harrington previously told that story to Peter Parker in Far From Home.

Helmed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Far from Home stars Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, JB Smoove, Jacob Batalon and Martin Starr, with Marisa Tomei and Jake Gyllenhaal. The film is now available on Digital HD and arrives on Blu-ray and 4K UHD Oct. 1.
