After the cliffhanger ending of the first DLC expansion to Marvel's Spider-Man on the PlayStation 4, the second expansion looks to escalate the action with the entire city descending into violence once again.

Scheduled for release in exactly one week, the popular Insomniac Games' title has released the first trailer for its second add-on, subtitled Turf Wars. Featuring the full debut of Hammerhead after his brief appearance at the end of the last DLC expansion, the hard-headed mobster looks to make his power play to take over all organized crime in New York City.

"Hello, New York! Welcome to tonight's entertainment," announces the classic Spider-Man villain. "The changing of the guard! We're bringing the old ways back!"

With NYPD Captain Yuri Watanabe drawn directly into the citywide conflict, Spider-Man's fight with Hammerhead might take a drastically dark, personal turn as the two characters battle for the soul of New York City. And judging by clips of Spidey fighting the gangster in a dimly lit abandoned building, neither character is going to be pulling their punches.
