Disney's "Level Up!" Video Games panel brought new information for Insomniac Games' Spider-Man video game, announced earlier this year at E3.
Fans were shown behind-the-scenes footage featuring concept art for Peter Parker's apartment (rest assured: it's a mess) and Spider-Man in combat with villains like Wilson Fisk and Mr. Negative.

Insomniac representatives stressed the importance of both Peter Parker and Spider-Man's identities colliding, and explained that they found the most interesting stories in the blending of those two worlds. They also confirmed this Peter is 23-years-old and has been Spider-Man for 8 years, which means that both Spidey and Spidey's villains are familiar with the web-slinger's abilities and fighting style. This, of course, means that Peter is forced to improvise more frequently in the field, and allowed the studio to play with more interesting combat mechanics.
Insomniac Games' Spider-Man is set to release in 2018.
