The latest poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home gives viewers their best look yet at the Green Goblin.

As fans eagerly anticipate the release of Tom Holland's next big-screen Spidey adventure, a new poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home provides a fresh look at the movie's major players. Holland's Spider-Man and Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange dominate the foreground of the image, while the tentacle limbs of Doctor Octopus can be seen shooting towards the pair. However, a closer look at the poster reveals the most-detailed image yet of the Green Goblin, Spider-Man's most dangerous villain.

Green Goblin in Spider-Man No Way Home

The image features Gobby hunched over, soaring on his glider. In his hand, he is clutching a pumpkin bomb, which was shown being thrown at Spider-Man in No Way Home's first trailer. The Goblin also seems to have retained the protruding spikes that he used throughout Spider-Man (2002) to terrorize his friendly-neighborhood foe. This is the second poster to feature the Green Goblin in action, visually verifying the character's presence despite no word from the film's production team.

While the Green Goblin's guest appearance is all but confirmed for Spider-Man: No Way Home, the man behind the mask has yet to chime in on his involvement with the film. Actor Willem Dafoe, who famously played Norman Osborn in Sam Raimi's original Spider-Man trilogy, has refused to comment on whether or not he'll be putting on the body armor of the Green Goblin one last time. Dafoe's response to returning doesn't not confirm a reprisal though, with the actor coyly saying, "I always feel like when a film comes out, that's when it's time to talk about it."

Should he return, Dafoe would be just one of the many multiversal foes set to haunt Holland in No Way Home. Actor Alfred Molina will be reprising his role as Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man 2 and was seen in the first trailer. Also rumored for the film are Spider-Man 3's Thomas Haden Church as the Sandman, Amazing Spider-Man's Rhys Ifans as the Lizard and Amazing Spider-Man 2's Jamie Foxx as Electro. If all the rumors pan out, the quintet would fill out the ranks of the not-quite the Sinister Six, offering Holland his greatest challenge to date.

Spidey's epic big-screen blockbuster is set to have a new trailer launch on Nov. 16. The trailer will be presented to those in attendance at a special Spider-Man fan event being held at Regal Sherman Oaks in Los Angeles. Sony promises that fans who attend will be present for a "BIG surprise."
