Hot Toys' Spider-Man: No Way Home collectibles offer up new details behind the appearances of returning Spidey foes Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus. In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man's classic villains enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time and, to celebrate their arrival, Hot Toys will release a line of Cosbaby figures of the characters. Unlike Hot Toys' photo-realistic sixth-scale figures, Cosbabys look like chibis and stand roughly 10 centimeters tall. Images posted to Twitter show that the company's line of No Way Home collectibles will include figures of Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin and Alfred Molina's Doctor Otto Octavius/Doc Ock. Additionally, the line will feature Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange and somebody in a Midtown School of Science & Technology t-shirt, likely to be Jacob Batalon's Ned Leeds.RELATED: Sony Is Developing a New Spider-Man Trilogy with Tom Holland and Marvel

Though these collectibles are undoubtedly adorable, they could offer insights into how Spider-Man's marque villains will appear in No Way Home. For example, in his figure, Doctor Octopus is shown without his rumored Stark Tech upgrades. Instead, he looks as he did in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2, wearing a harness that gives him control over his mechanical arms. Similarly, the Cosbaby figure of the Green Goblin seems to mirror the character's costume from Spider-Man. While this detailed depiction of the Goblin's original outfit doesn't necessarily mean that Dafoe won't portray the unmasked Green Goblin seen in No Way Home's promotional material, it does cast some doubt over who that mysterious person could be.

The return of Spider-Man's signature foes in their original big-screen costumes falls in line with previously shown images from the film. Both Thomas Haden Church's Sandman and Rhys Ifans' Lizard have been shown as they were in Spider-Man 3 and Amazing Spider-Man, respectively. However, not all of Spidey's villains will be wearing their old clothes when they reprise their roles. Jamie Foxx's Electro was redesigned for No Way Home, a stark departure from Electro's blue-skinned appearance shown in Amazing Spider-Man 2. Whether or not Electro's new look hints towards' the film's overall story or was simply a choice made by No Way Home's production team remains to be seen, though it does stand out as a noteworthy change.

In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Tom Holland's Peter Parker asks Doctor Strange to make the world forget his secret identity. Unfortunately, the spell backfires, allowing Spider-Man's previous rivals to cross the multiverse. To combat these threats, Spider-Man will be getting an upgrade of his own. The film's trailer shows Spider-Man in a black and gold costume, which some have theorized will allow him to wield Doctor Strange's magic.

Spider-Man: No Way Home hits theaters and IMAX on Dec. 17.
