Tickets for Spider-Man: No Way Home are selling for substantially higher values in secondary marketplaces.

After No Way Home pre-sales caused multiple websites to crash, many moviegoers turned to eBay to secure their seats for Tom Holland's latest Spider-Man outing. Over 400 eBay listings for tickets are currently live on the website, with prices ranging from reasonable to outrageous. On the low end of the spectrum, fans can find some sellers offering tickets for $20, only a few dollars above their original price. However, select listings for in-demand locations like New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles are listed for as much as $25,000, increasing over 1,000% from their starting value.

Since eBay allows users to list their items at any given price, many people check sold listings to determine an item's worth. In the case of No Way Home's tickets, eBay's sold listings reveal that people are interested in paying extra to see Spidey on the big screen before anybody else. The highest confirmed sale of No Way Home tickets sold for a staggering $25,000. While it's unknown if the buyer finalized their payment for that transaction, it's clear that demand to see the film is at an all-time high. In fact, some people have been getting into literal fistfights over No Way Home tickets, making an eBay transaction sound more appealing than it normally would.

Spider-Man: No Way Home's pre-sale success is hardly a surprise, given what fans know about the film. Trailers confirmed No Way Home will feature returns from Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin, Alfred Molina's Doctor Octopus, Thomas Haden Church's Sandman, Rhys Ifans' Lizard and Jamie Foxx's Electro. It's also widely believed that Spider-Man's Tobey Maguire and Amazing Spider-Man's Andrew Garfield will appear, and recent reports suggest No Way Home will have a major twist involving a Sony character.

Moving forward, Sony and Marvel plan on continuing their partnership and providing fans with more Spider-Man content. Holland himself has expressed his excitement for the webhead's future, even if that means passing the torch to Miles Morales or another spider-hero. Additionally, No Way Home producer Amy Pascal teased that there may be a new Spider-Man trilogy in the works, though insiders say nothing is set in stone.
