Ahead of its release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 next week, Insomniac Games has revealed an in-game image of the villainous Prowler from Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales.Along with the image, Insomniac teased, "6 more days." This is only the second official look at The Prowler's PlayStation design after the character was officially confirmed to play a part in Miles Morales' game following Marvel Entertainment's release of The Amazing Spider-Man #55's exclusive variant cover.RELATED: Miles Morales Reminds Himself He's Spider-Man In PS5 TV Spot

Miles' feature film debut, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, showed that Prowler -- as he was in the Ultimate comics -- is actually Miles' uncle, Aaron Davis. As a burglar employed by The Kingpin, Aaron was killed by his nefarious boss for refusing to assassinate his own nephew.

This depiction differed somewhat from Prowler's comic book counterpart. In the Ultimate Spider-Man comics from which Aaron and Miles were both originally created, Aaron blackmailed his spider-powered nephew into helping him commit crime. When Miles finally stood up to his corrupt uncle, a vicious fight between the two began, with an accidental explosion during their altercation resulting in Aaron's death.

Developed by Insomniac Games and PlayStation Studios, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be available on both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on Nov. 12.
