The teaser trailer for Sony's animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse delivers a look at the wall-crawler's New York City -- one that's stunningly different than any fans have seen before. This isn't Spider Man & His Amazing Friends, or even Ultimate Spider-Man. Oh, no, this is the big screen, and the big time. Directed by Bob Persichetti (Puss in Boots), Peter Ramsey (Rise of the Guardians) and Rodney Rothman from a script by Phil Lord (The LEGO Movie), the film follows Miles Morales through a New York that appears to modern animation with video-game sensibilities, with a splash of 2D art for good measure.
