"Spider-Man: Homecoming" Set Photo Offers Close-Up Look at Web-Shooters

An impressively high-definition photo from the set of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" provides perhaps the best look yet at the wall-crawler's web-shooters in the Marvel Studios/Sony Pictures film.

We got a peek at the underside of the devices last month in star Tom Holland's selfie taken from high above the floor of Pinewood Atlanta Studios. But here we can see the front, as well as the strap that attaches the web-shooter to Spider-Man's forearm -- all on the outside of his costume.

Directed by Jon Watts from a script by from a script by Jonathan M. Goldstein and John Francis Daley ("Vacation"), the film also stars Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr., Zendaya, Michael Keaton, Logan Marshall-Green, Donald Glover, Bokeem Woodbine and a still-expanding ensemble that includes Michael Barbieri, Kenneth Choi, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, Hannibal Buress, Abraham Attah, Tiffany Espensen, Garcelle Beauvais and Angourie Rice.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" opens July 7, 2017.
