In 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming, Donald Glover appeared as Aaron Davis, a character from the comics whose alter-ego is The Prowler. In a later scene, Glover's Davis also mentions having a nephew, which is a clear reference to Miles Morales. Now, a fan has found yet another Easter egg from Homecoming involving Glover's character.

An image from the Homecoming scene in which Spider-Man runs a background check on Aaron Davis was shared on Reddit. In the post, it was mentioned that one of Davis' listed aliases was The Prowler, while someone in the comments pointed out that another alias was Brian Pichelli. This, of course, is a nod to Miles Morales creators Brian Michael Bendis and Sara Pichelli.

In the Ultimate Marvel line of comics, Miles Morales was the second character to take the moniker of Spider-Man after Peter Parker was killed by the Green Goblin. The character first appeared in 2011's Ultimate Fallout #4 and is known for his red-and-black Spider-Man suit. Both Aaron Davis and Miles Morales would appear in the popular 2018 animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Spider-Man: Homecoming was the first of Marvel Studios' solo films starring Tom Holland as the teenage web-slinger. A sequel, titled Spider-Man: Far From Home, premiered two years later, and a third installment is on the way, despite a delay in production.
