A photo of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire at a screening of Spider-Man: No Way Home has surfaced online. The fan who shared the photo claimed to work at the theater that the No Way Home stars attended. Apparently, the two actors originally snuck into the screening just to see the audience's reaction to their on-screen entrances but ended up staying to watch the whole movie instead.RELATED: Spider-Man: Willem Dafoe Says Costume Criticisms Likely Caused Green Goblin's No Way Home Redesign

Earlier this week, Garfield revealed that he and Maguire had snuck into an opening night screening of No Way Home to see their respective versions of Peter Parker/Spider-Man return to the big screen. "I snuck into a theater on opening night and just watched with my baseball cap on and my mask," Garfield said. "In fact, I was also with Tobey, me and Tobey snuck into a theater together and no one knew we were there. It was just a really beautiful thing to share together." Both Garfield and Maguire can be seen wearing said baseball caps in the photo.

In a recent interview, Garfield explained that he never thought he would return to Spider-Man again, a character he hasn't played since 2014's  The Amazing Spider-Man 2 until he got the call from Marvel Studios. "I wasn't expecting to ever have a conversation again about potentially playing Peter Parker. I felt very excited to just to be a fan again," the actor said, but when he got the call, he couldn't turn it down. "It was immediately undeniable. It sounded incredibly fun, incredibly spiritual -- trippy and thematically interesting. On a base level, as a Spider-Man fan, just the idea of seeing three Spider-Men in the same frame was enough."

The Amazing Spider-Man star has stated that he is open to returning once again to the role, but only if "it felt right," saying that "if there was an opportunity to step back in and tell more of that story, I would have to feel very sure and certain in myself." Following the global success of No Way Home, fans have demanded a third installment of The Amazing Spider-Man films. However, while it remains unclear if Garfield will return as his version of the Web-Slinger, there are reports stating that the Marvel Cinematic Universe isn't done with him just yet.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is now playing in theaters.
