The first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home may release later this week.

According to SuperBroMovies, the film's first trailer will air on January 15. A source for CBR also confirmed that this date is accurate. It's unclear at this time where the footage will first air.

The trailer was originally rumored to drop in December, and it did, but only at Brazil Comic Con. That trailer was never made available for wide release. However, descriptions of the footage seen at that event quickly made their way online, and a fan-made animated version of the trailer dropped shortly after. It's unclear how the trailer that is supposed to drop on January 15 will differ from the one shown at Brazil Comic Con.

Spider-Man: Far From Home will pick up after the events of Avengers: Endgame, indicating that the deaths from Thanos' snap at the end of Avengers: Infinity War will be undone.

Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya Coleman, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Jake Gyllenhaal, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Remy Hii and Tony Revolori. It is scheduled to be released on July 5, 2019.
