The avalanche of Marvel trailers continues, as reports indicate a Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer will drop this weekend. A second Captain Marvel trailer appeared earlier this week, and the long-awaited, much-delayed trailer for the fourth Avengers film is presumably due out Friday morning. Now, Spidey should provide a nice cherry on top of what has been a huge treat for Marvel fans this week.

That treat just became sweeter in light of another recent report from Trailer Track, which revealed that the first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home will be a full-length, 2-and-a-half-minute preview for the film, which is set to hit theaters in July of 2019.

Instead of following the traditional teaser route, fans should get to see a good amount of Spidey in the weekend trailer, and hopefully a decent amount of Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio, as the actor teased his role as the iconic villain with a comical video on Wednesday. Gyllenhaal's video, coupled with the recent reveal of a new suit that Spidey will don in the second installment of the Tom Holland-led superhero film, hints there are plenty of interesting Easter eggs to keep an eye out for when the trailer finally hits the web (no pun intended).

The plot for the film is still unknown, but we do know that it takes place almost immediately after the events of Avengers 4, which, of course, we also know next to nothing about plot-wise. We should have plenty more to dissect after Saturday, as Marvel completes its trifecta of trailers released in a week's time.

Helmed by returning director Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jake Gyllenhaal, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Remy Hii and Tony Revolori. It is scheduled to be released on July 5, 2019.
