Spider-Man: Far From Home is not only the highest earning solo Spider-Man film of all time but has now officially joined the $1 billion club.

Less than a month into its theatrical release, Far From Home has earned $1.005 billion at the worldwide box office to become the first solo Spider-Man film to earn over $1 billion globally without adjusting for inflation. It overtakes Spider-Man 3's $890.9 million worldwide earnings during its 2007 theatrical run to become the highest earning Spider-Man film of all time.

Far From Home has currently earned $333 million from the domestic box office and $672 million from combined overseas markets. The second largest market for the film in the world is China, where the film has currently earned $204 million.

The film has now surpassed 2017's Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle to become Sony's second highest earning film of all time, second only to 2012's Skyfall which earned $1.1 billion.

Director Jon Watts’ Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, JB Smoove, Jacob Batalon and Martin Starr, with Marisa Tomei and Jake Gyllenhaal. The film is currently in theaters.
