8 Symbiote Suit Black Cat by Dark Lauf

The original symbiote saga of Spider-Man is one of the best-known tales of spider-lore. The day our favorite neighborhood webhead ditched his old outfit for a little black number called the symbiote suit and the enhanced powers it gave him. Too bad about the side-effects though. The suit proving to be too much trouble than it was worth when it amplified Spider-Man's aggression and attempted to take over his life. Though, what if Black Cat got the suit instead?

7 Pin-Up Black Cat by Maid of Might

The best type of cosplay is the type that blurs the line between fact and fiction, and this rendition of Black Cat does exactly that! At first look, it is hard to tell if this is actually a cosplay or just a well-drawn rendition of the character. Thankfully, we have Maid of Might to let us know this is indeed real.

This outfit of Black Cat in her swimsuit harkens back to the times of classy pin-ups. The lighting, the outfit, and the "come-hither" look on her face tempting the viewer to admire the lovely cat burglar who is at the front and center of the picture.

6 Cat Burglar by Giogiacosplay

Here we have Black Cat doing what she does best, stealing valuables. Despite her more heroic actions in recent years, it doesn't erase the fact that this catty antihero started her comic-life as a literal cat burglar. Her heel-face turn only coming after she met the only man she could trust, Spider-Man.

It makes one wonder exactly how she would have turned out if she didn't meet her Spider-Friend. Though Giogiacosplay may give us an idea of how that would be like. Her version of Black Cat lurking in the shadow to relieve a jewel from its unsuspecting host.

5 Video Game Black Cat by Hendoart

For the most part, Spider-Man video games have been a series of trials and errors. While some great games came out, a good portion of them have been Spider-Goop. That's exactly where we get Hendoart's version of Black Cat. Trading in her usual tights and fur for a more futuristic design overall, she is still every bit the capable feline thief she is in other forms of media. This one, in particular, being one of the stars of a DLC for the game.

4 Black Cat with Extra Cat by Lisa Lis

Here one for all of you anime fans of there. This version of Black Cat is just a tad bit more cat than usual and it shows, giving her aspects of the kemonomimi girls popular in anime fandom. The furry ears and her cute button nose giving her an extra layer of adorableness beyond the already pretty exterior.

Of course, how this happened? Who knows! Maybe she got bit by a radioactive cat one day while overlooking a science experiment. Then again, maybe it is just a fun interpretation brought to you by Lisa Lis (Morphia). Either way, it looks great!

3 Wild West Black Cat by KayLynnSyrinn

Listen good and listen well, ladies and fellas, for we have a tale of a frisky feline that took the west by storm! She combed the desert for fame an' fortune, only to come back with the kit and caboodle. Marking her name down as a western legend that no lawman or right bastard could stop. At least, that's how we see things going for Black Cat if she took to life on the frontier.

KayLynnSyrinn giving us an excellent example of how that might look. While most of the outfit is different, replacing her skinsuit for a western dress, she still sports her classic mask and silver hair. Making her stand out no matter where, or what time, she happens to be in.

2 Symbiote Black Cat: Electric Boogaloo by Dalin Cosplay

This rendition of Black Cat is so nice we had to mention it twice. She cuts a surprisingly good look in symbiote suit. It a riff on the iconic black Spider-Man suit that he wore during the symbiote saga but some could argue that she looks even better in it.

Though, who's to say that it would work out just the same. Whether she would be able to properly rein in the symbiote as Eddy Brock eventually could or whether it would fully take her over is something only Marvel can tell us. Though, Dalin Cosplay sure makes us want to see it happen.
