VIDEO: This Spider-Man/Avengers: Endgame Theory Could Change Everything

Spider-Man played a key role in Avengers: Infinity War, and his death in that film was definitely one of the movie's saddest moments. However, that sorrow was pretty quickly undercut for fans, who were quick to note that it was unlikely Marvel Studios would actually kill off Spider-Man. Marvel worked hard to reach an agreement with Sony Pictures -- who holds the rights to the character -- and it doesn't make much sense to kill him off after three appearances. We also know that Spider-Man: Far From Home, the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming, will be the first MCU film after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Heck, we've even seen a trailer for Far From Home.

However, a new theory making the rounds suggests Peter Parker never actually left the bus in Infinity War and, if true, that could have major implications for Endgame. A big part of this theory is related to the prevalent fan theories that time travel will play a major role in Endgame and evidence from the trailer for Far From Home. There's also some evidence in the MCU films preceding it that make this theory entirely possible. However, this could be very bad news for Tony Stark, who many believe will die at the end of Endgame.

Check out the video below for more information on the theory that Spider-Man never actually got off the bus in Infinity War.

Fans are just going to have to wait until the end of Endgame to find out exactly how the Avengers manage to defeat the Mad Titan and undo the snap. That movie is going to have huge implications for future films in the MCU, which is going to be much different going forward.
