The Marvel Cinematic Universe is notorious for being tight-lipped regarding information about the studio's upcoming films. However, Holland has a track record of spoiling the MCU's secrets and accidentally leaking information to his fans. At ACE Comic-Con in June 2018, Holland received the script for the second Spider-Man film on an iPad and posted a video stating that he had just gotten the script but wanted to apologize because there were no "real revelations coming out this weekend about Spider-Man 2." However, he showed fans the iPad, revealing the name of the film as Spider-Man: Far From Home -- a piece of information that was not yet known to the public.

Spider-Man 3 has just started filming in Atlanta, GA  and according to Holland's video, the production will take about five months. It is also expected to film in other locations such as Los Angeles and Iceland.

Directed by Jon Watts, the currently untitled sequel to Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jamie Foxx and Benedict Cumberbatch. The film arrives in theaters Dec. 17, 2021.
