A photo from the set of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's untitled Spider-Man 3 has confirmed who Tom Holland's brother, Harry Holland, is playing in the film.

The image was posted to Instagram with a caption reading, "Typical sibling fight. The younger sibling always ends up upside down." This not only confirms Harry Holland is in the movie after being spotted on the set earlier this week but that he plays the criminal who Tom Holland's Spidey got webbed and hanging upside down in this photo. Another photo was posted to the same account, showing Zendaya on the Spider-Man 3 set as MJ.

Tom Holland made his debut as Spider-Man in 2016's Captain America: Civil War and has gone on to reprise the role four times since then, including his roles in Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home. Spider-Man 3 will pick up in the aftermath of Far From Home's mid-credits cliffhanger, which ended with the MCU's J. Jonah Jameson, played once more by J.K. Simmons, revealing a video in which the now-dead Mysterio exposes Spider-Man's secret identity to the world. He also framed Peter Parker as being responsible for both the drone attack on London and his death.

Although the plot and title of the MCU's Spider-Man 3 are under wraps, casting reports suggest the film will explore a multiverse story similar to the one from the 2018 animated movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Along with Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, the film's cast includes Jamie Foxx as Electro, a character he previously played in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and pre-MCU Spider-Man trilogy villain actor Alfred Molina, who played Doctor Otto Octavius in Spider-Man 2. Previous Spider-Man actors Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire are also rumored to appear.

Most recently, it was reported that Spider-Man 3 will apparently include an appearance by Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, reprising his role from the Netflix Daredevil series. When asked about the possibility of Marvel Netflix actors returning in future MCU projects, Marvel Studios President and Marvel Chief Creative Officer Kevin Feige said, "Well, certainly you’ve seen what we announced at Comic-Con a year and half ago and on Disney Investor Day a few weeks ago, so that’s our focus. But I’ve been at Marvel long enough to never say never about anything."

Directed by Jon Watts, the currently untitled sequel to Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jamie Foxx, Alfred Molina and Benedict Cumberbatch. The film arrives in theaters Dec. 17, 2021.
