Cyberpunk 2077's in-game Braindance interface allows any player to experience the recorded physical sensations and thoughts of another person. One fan edited a video that imagines Tobey Maguire's Peter Parker from the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy entering into the surreal reality that the Braindance has to offer with hilarious results.
Created and posted by Sigma_XD on Reddit, the bulk of the video seamlessly weaves the "Bully Maguire" meme from Spider-Man 3 into Cyberpunk's lush world before integrating some footage from Spider-Man 2 at the end.
The edit begins with Maguire strutting his way into Lizzie's Bar located in Cyberpunk's Night City. Footage of Maguire's Peter Parker dancing through the streets of New York City while under the influence of the symbiote suit in Spider-Man 3 is used to show Maguire dancing around the techno-club with some surprise guest characters dancing right alongside him.
Maguire then makes his way to the back of the bar, where he gets hooked into the Braindance neural transmission and sees footage from the infamous Spider-Man spanking video that went viral back in 2015. Footage of Maguire screaming in Spider-Man 2 is used to show his horror at the sight of the video. The edit ends with Maguire complaining about his back (taken from the moment he plummets to the New York City ground from losing his powers in Spider-Man 2) as J.K. Simmons' J. Jonah Jameson laughs at Maguire in pain.
