While the original Spider-Man Trilogy, starring Tobey Maguire, was only recently added to Netflix, its middle act, Spider-Man 2, didn't even need a full day to reach Netflix's Top 10.

Fans rejoiced after all three of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man movies made the jump to the streaming giant on August 1, now finally accessible in the same place. Netflix announced (via ComicBook.com) that all three movies would be coming to the platform in July, stoking excitement to rewatch Spider-Man's theatrical debut. It seems that enough momentum was created to quickly catapult the second installment in the trilogy to the seventh most watched movie on the streaming service the day after the movies were added. The other Raimi-directed movies are expected to follow.

Andrew Garfield's own take on the webslinger The Amazing Spider-Man made the jump to Netflix alongside its sequel in June. The Academy Award-winning animated feature Spider-Man: Into the SpiderVerse is also on Netflix, as well as the second installment in Tom Holland's own MCU trilogy, Spider-Man: Far From Home. Holland's first outing, Spider-Man: Homecoming, can be found on Disney+, but the final installment Spider-Man: No Way Home, featuring past Spider-Men Maguire and Garfield, can be found on Starz or Prime Video in select countries.

The excitement over repeat experiences with the older Spider-Man movies comes with news of a theatrical rerelease of No Way Home's extended cut, which is slated for September 1. The third film in the so-called Homecoming Trilogy, No Way Home sees Maguire and Garfield make their return as Peter Parker's variants from other universes to combat their own respective villains, each of whom was transported into the MCU. Notably returning from Spider-Man 2 alongside Maguire is Alfred Molina's Doctor Octopus, a nuclear scientist with prosthetic tentacles gone mad after a botched experiment.

Spider-Man 2 starred Tobey Maguire as the titular Spider-Man and the aforementioned Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus, joined by Peter Parker's friends and family. Kirsten Dunst played Mary Jane Watson, James Franco played Harry Osborn, Rosemary Harris played Aunt May, and J.K. Simmons embodied the infamous J. Jonah. Jameson. Simmons returned in No Way Home as a revamped version of the character, going from the editor-in-chief of newspaper The Daily Bugle to the host of his own outrage-fueled internet web show similar to InfoWars.

All three of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man movies are now streaming on Netflix.
