The long-awaited Space Jam sequel finally has a title.

NBA star LeBron James revealed the title and new logo for the film on his Instagram page. The sequel is titled Space Jam: A New Legacy, and features James in a starring role.

James posted a video of himself wearing a hat with the film's logo and a release date of 2021. The film will see James interact with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and other members of the Looney Tunes as they once again engage the Monstars in a basketball game. An official logo was also released.

The original Space Jam was released in 1996 and focused on basketball legend Michael Jordan as he helped the Looney Tunes battle for their freedom against the alien Monstars in a basketball game. The film has become a cult hit over the years, and fans who have been clamoring for a sequel will be happy to hear that the sequel is dropping next year.

Space Jam: A New Legacy is directed by Malcolm D. Lee and produced by Ryan Coogler, LeBron James, Duncan Henderson and Maverick Carter. It stars LeBron James, Don Cheadle and Sonequa Martin-Green and is set to release July 16, 2021.
