A new promo for the all-new South Park Vaccination Special takes a shot at those patiently -- and not so patiently -- stuck in line waiting to get their coronavirus (COVID-19) shot.

Titled "South ParQ Vaccination Special," in a possible subtle jab at the Qanon movement, shows South Park residents lined up outside a Walgreens to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations. Butter and his family pull up in their car, with Butter's father demanding that they need to get their COVID vaccinations immediately. A bouncer quickly tells them that they need to get to the back of the line.

Next, the hook for Shots by LMFAO and Lil Jon beings to play as the word "SHOTS" flashes across the screen. We then head back to the line to witness the bouncer opening the velvet ropes for an elderly woman to break the line. As the crowd moans in protest, she triumphantly gives them both middle fingers while saying, "79, bitches" as she enters the pharmacy.

The hour-long event follows "South Park's The Pandemic Special," which will be rebroadcasted at 7 p.m. ET/PT. It was the highest-rated episode of South Park in seven years with 4.4 million total viewers on Sept. 30, 2020. "South Park's The Pandemic Special" followed Randy coming to terms with his role in the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the challenges it represents to South Park. The kids in South Park also headed back to school, but their new normal poses its own set of challenges, especially for Cartman.

South Park's "South ParQ Vaccination Special" premieres Wednesday, March 10 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on Comedy Central.
