Although South Park is an animated cartoon, it's definitely not meant for children. Despite being perceived as innocent by everyone, Butters also has a secret immature side to him. For example, when the main friend group fired Butters as their new friend, Butters created the evil alter ego of Professor Choas and swore to flood the town of South Park.
7 Craig Tucker Is A Bully That Likes To Randomly Give People The Bird
Craig Tucker is another classmate of the main four boys at South Park Elementary, Craig is the leader of his own group of kids, who are the rivals of the main characters. Craig has a weird passion for randomly flipping people off, which he gets from his family who also love to flip people off.
On top of that, Craig is a bully at school who likes to cause all sorts of trouble with the other students. However, compared to other characters, bullying is one of the least immature things a character has done.
6 Jimmy Valmer Is A Disabled Character Who Wants To Be A Stand-Up Comedian
Jimmy Valmer is a disabled and optimistic character who dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian and often tells jokes. For example, he and Cartman created an immature joke about linking fishcakes and homosexuality. Jimmy is also an immature character, and in one episode, he starts taking steroids to beat everyone at the Special Olympics. His steroid use got so bad he ended up hitting his mother and girlfriend out of rage.

The Chef is a minor character within the show and is the cook for the cafeteria at South Park Elementary. The Chef not only cooks up food for the children but, rather strangely, gives them inappropriate advice about intercourse. Whenever Chef is explaining his advice to the children, it usually ends up with him singing a song about intercourse or his own personal and sex stories. Consequently, there's no doubt Chef is one of the most immature characters in the whole series.

Gerald Broflovski (aka Skankhunt42) is the father to Kyle, who's one of the main four boys in the show. Gerald is one of the many adults on the show who display an absurd amount of immature behavior.
Despite being a father and an adult, Gerald has a secret online account named Skankhunt42, which he uses to troll and cyberbully everyone on the internet. His internet alias first bullied all the girls at South Park Elementary, and because of his immature ways, everyone thought the troll was Eric Cartman.

Mr. Garrison is a 4th-grade teacher at South Park Elementary School, and despite his humble profession, has proven himself one of the most controversial characters. Although he's a teacher, Mr. Garrsion teaches the students more about pop culture because he doesn't know the curriculum he's supposed to be teaching. Being a horrible teacher isn't the only thing that makes Mr. Garrsion an immature character. He's also racist. In one episode, he even convinced the whole town to scare away a minority group that was hoping to move in.

During the COVID-19 special, after a wild vacation in China with Mickey Mouse, Randy discovers he was the one to cause the pandemic. However, instead of taking the blame, Randy does his best to hide the fact that he was the one who ruined everything.
