Disney has delayed upcoming animated films Soul and Raya and the Last Dragon as the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to spread.According to Disney's official Twitter account, the release date of Soul has moved to November 20, with Raya and the Last Dragon's premiere now set for March 12, 2021.RELATED: Pixar's Soul Is Basically Inside Out For Adults

Earlier this month, Disney delayed major blockbusters like Black Widow, Mulan and The Eternals. The coronavirus outbreak has also caused several TV and film productions to suspend production, many of which haven't confirmed a return date.

Initially scheduled to release on June 19, 2020, Pixar's Soul stars Jamie Foxx as the voice of a music teacher who wakes up to learn his body and soul have been separated. Other confirmed cast members for the film include Tina Fey, Questlove, Phylicia Rashad, Daveed Diggs and Angela Bassett.

Directed and co-written by Inside Out's Pete Docter Soul's first full trailer released in March 2020. Additional writers on the film include Mike Jones, Kemp Powers and Tina Fey.

Raya and the Last Dragon, which was originally scheduled to release on Nov. 25, tells the story of a warrior's journey to find the world's last dragon. Written by Crazy Rich Asians' Adele Lim, Raya and the Last Dragon features the voices of Cassie Steele and Awkwafina.
