If the announcement earlier today about Cristine Rose's involvement in "Heroes Reborn" has you hoping for a Petrelli family reunion, you're going to be disappointed.

Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that neither Adrian Pasdar nor Milo Ventimiglia will reprise their roles as Nathan and Peter Petrelli in NBC's 13-episode revival (granted, Ventimiglia made that fairly clear as far back as January). And, in case there were any lingering doubts, the website also adds to the list Hayden Panettiere, Ali Larter, and Zachary Quinto, who turned down an offer to return as Sylar.

“Everybody who’s coming back has been in the press,” creator Tim Kring tells EW, adding that the cast is now set. “We have a cadre of characters from the previous that will make appearances — some bigger than others, some just in a cameo way. It will be an interesting use of the older characters.”

He still leaves room for a franchise veteran to change his or her mind while the series in production, but you probably shouldn't hold your breaths.

The miniseries features "Heroes" alums Rose, Jack Coleman, Masi Oka, Greg Grunberg, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Jimmy Jean-Louis, joined by newcomers Zachary Levi, Kiki Sukezane, Ryan Guzman, Robbie Kay, Danika Yarosh, Judith Shekoni, Henry Zebrowski, Gatlin Green, Dylan Bruce and Nazneen Contractor.
