Earlier today, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson had his own "mind blown" moment when the Sonic The Hedgehog movie teaser trailer name dropped him. The Rock took to Twitter to post his reaction and now, the film's director is shooting back with a response of his own.Jeff Fowler, Sonic The Hedgehog's director replied to Johnson's Tweet, saying, "Still time for a #SonicMovie cameo @TheRock!!"
In the teaser trailer in question, Sonic says, "Where am I? What year is it? Is the Rock President?" Johnson previously shared the Sonic The Hedgehog teaser along with the caption, "So crazy I used to love playing Sonic in college. Many moons later this...life can be so damn wildly unpredictable and surreal at times."
Dwayne Johnson currently stars in Jumanji: The Next Level, a sequel to 2017's Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. The film also stars Danny DeVito, Danny Glover, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan and more. Jumanji: The Next Level is currently in theaters.
