The video shows Sonic immersed in Dr. Eggman's Interstellar Amusement Park as he zooms, hops and even flies about the colorful curtilage, demonstrating high-definition updates like an enhanced frame rate and 4K resolution. With the Jade Ghost upgrade, gamers can not only fly around but also pass through solid objects to find hidden areas. Park Tokens can be used to unlock unique boosts, auras, shoes and gloves for Sonic, and new customizable controls allow players to choose a layout that suits their style. The "Tails Save" add-on gives Sonic some breathing room in the event he needs rescuing, and he can even achieve temporary invincibility with the "100 Count Ring" addition. The many updates are accompanied by a remixed soundtrack "to set the pace while you put an end to Dr. Eggman’s evil plan."

Developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega, Sonic Colors: Ultimate arrives on Sept. 7 for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
