The promos for Solo: A Star Wars Story reveal almost as much about Chewbacca as they do the title character. In the second trailer, released last month, we learned the canonical age of the Wookiee, and now, in a new featurette, we see when he received his nickname.

Packed with new footage from the Star Wars prequel, and commentary from director Ron Howard and its stars, the video details the journey of Han Solo (Alden Ehrenreich), and his evolution from aspiring pilot to smuggler extraordinaire.

Clocking in at more than two minutes, we also see Han asking Chewie to clarify his name, and Donald Glover's Lando Calrissian teasing Han during a high-stakes gambling session. What also stands out is the train heist arc with the Conveyex, how Tobias Beckett (Woody Harrelson) grooms the rogue, and oh, Han meeting some unsavory slug-like creatures in what seems to be a space sewer.

We're certainly diving deep into the character's transition, which is perfectly summed up by the shots of his home planet of Corellia, a ship-building stronghold where the Empire constructs its immense fleet. One shot even shows some dome-like structures being lifted into the sky, which fans would tell you are the shield generators that sit atop the command module of Star Destroyers.
