Saturday Night Live released a video parodying Todd Phillips' Joker using classic Sesame Street characters.

The video, which you can see below, sees Stranger Things star David Harbour as Oscar the Grouch. While parodying various scenes from trailers for Joker, the skit imagines gritty versions of classic Sesame Street characters, including Big Bird, Elmo and The Count. The movie, which is fake-directed by Todd Phillips, is titled Grouch, after its main character.

First launching in 1969, Sesame Street is one of the most popular children's programs of all time, spawning many iconic and beloved characters. The show has since aired 49 seasons. Sesame Street moved to HBO in 2016.

Directed by Todd Phillips, Joker stars Joaquin Phoenix, Robert De Niro, Zazie Beetz, Bill Camp, Frances Conroy, Brett Cullen, Glenn Fleshler, Douglas Hodge, Marc Maron, Josh Pais and Shea Whigham. The film is in theaters now.
