This is the dream match. Deadpool and Snake-Eyes have similar training, similar skills and even carry similar weapons. But there is one huge difference between the two, and that doesn't just mean Deadpool's healing factor. The big difference between them is that Snake-Eyes can't talk and Deadpool simply will not shut up.

Even killing Deadpool is no guarantee that he'll be quiet, mainly because he'll just heal up and continue talking. Oddly enough, the only individual who seems to enjoy his constant nattering is Lady Death. It's a barn-burner of a fight, one that could easily go either way.

11 SNAKE-EYES: Swordplay

Snake-Eyes the spy

There are very few people in any comic book universe as good with a sword in their respective hands as Snake-Eyes. Oddly enough, Deadpool might be one of the closest to his caliber, though Snake-Eyes is still better.

He has been known to wade into combat with nothing but his favorite katana, and come out on top. Cobra's soldiers know all to well how good he is with a sword. They've learned to steer clear of the man in black with a bad attitude and a sharp blade.

10 DEADPOOL: Weapons Expert

Prior to having a bootleg version of Wolverine's healing factor more or less forced on him, Wade Wilson was still an incredibly dangerous mercenary. He's as good with bombs and guns as he is with blades, though he seems to prefer cutting his opponents apart to anything else.

That being said, he's also more than happy to "borrow" a futuristic gun from Cable and just blow up as much stuff as humanly possible in under five minutes. Explosions make Wade happy.

9 SNAKE-EYES: Uzis

If there is one weapon Snake-Eyes loves more than his katana, it's his Uzi. He seems to be a huge fan of the Israeli submachine gun, probably because of its healthy mix of compact size and firing power. It's perfect for the commando on the go who likes to keep it stealthy but still wants to unload a ton of bullets quickly when the situation calls for it.

Snake-Eyes has been using versions of this firearm for years, and is disturbingly proficient with it. When combined with his katana, he can quickly dismantle a room full of enemies.

8 DEADPOOL: He's Got The Moves

There was a time that Deadpool tried to join the X-Men. Wolverine, who knows Wilson very well, was adamant that this was a horrible idea that could only end poorly. Cyclops agreed, and Deadpool wasn't allowed to join.

As it turned out, he didn't really want on the team so much as he wanted Cyclops to admit he had the moves to be on the team. Deadpool is highly trained in a variety of fighting styles, not to mention that he's also a fearless acrobat. Simply put, the man has the moves, which Cyclops had to admit.

7 SNAKE-EYES: Martial Arts Training

Snake Eyes jumps in

Snake-Eyes received an incredible amount of military training from the United States government, making him an elite killer. But he took things up a notch when he joined the Arashikage Ninja Clan alongside his former friend Storm Shadow.

His training in Ninjitsu as well as a plethora of other fighting styles turned him into one of the most frightening warriors on the planet. There are few people that represent a real challenge in hand-to-hand combat for Snake-Eyes.

6 DEADPOOL: Non-Stop Talk

One of Deadpool's biggest advantages in a fight is his complete inability to shut the hell up. Spider-Man worked this one out years ago, and uses his constant, annoying chatter to distract his opponents. While the outcome is the same in Deadpool's case, talking is certainly less intentional or planned than it is with Spider-Man.

Deadpool distracts his opponents but it's not part of some elaborate strategy to put them off balance. He is just incapable of not talking, as evidenced by the amount of time he spends conversing with the voices in his head. Lady Death seems to actually enjoy this trait, though.

5 SNAKE-EYES: Intensity And Focus

Few people bring the level of intensity to a fight that Snake-Eyes does. Whatever the situation, he remains focused on the task at hand, regardless of how difficult it might be. Honestly, Snake-Eyes is almost as humorless as Batman, and they both scare the crap out of their opponents.

Distracting Snake-Eyes is a difficult, if not impossible task, even for a certainly mercenary whose constant flow of verbal diarrhea puts even the best of the best of their game.

4 DEADPOOL: Insanity

Deadpool James Bond

It's hard to devise a strategy to fight someone who is the living embodiment of anarchy. Taskmaster found this out the hard way when he realized he couldn't mimic Deadpool's fighting style because there was no discernible pattern to predict.

Deadpool is a man who is as likely to attack you with a dump truck full of cupcakes and pornography as he is to use a gun. Anything is possible with Deadpool, a fact that makes him incredibly dangerous in combat, both to enemies and allies.

3 SNAKE-EYES: Relentless

The one thing that make Snake-Eyes such a devastating foe is the fact that he will not give up. Even if he's injured to the point that he cannot continue a mission, he will still try to finish it once he's healed. Chances are he'll be back at it before he's completely healed, anyway.

This is a man who has survived being shot, blown up, stabbed, drowned and so much more., all without the assistance of any kind of special abilities. Snake-Eyes is a deadly force of nature in combat.

2 DEADPOOL: Healing Factor

Deadpool shooting off is guns and his mouth in Marvel Comics

When Deadpool went looking for a way to deal with his cancer, he ended up on the receiving end of an experimental process that gave him a healing factor like Wolverine's. It might actually be more potent than Wolverine's as Deadpool has been shown to possibly be immortal.

One of his few definitive deaths happened in the Age of Apocalypse storyline when Nightcrawler teleported away with Wade Wilson's head and left it behind a rock. But if he had left the head to close, it would have reattached to Wilson's body and he would have come back to life.

1 WHO WOULD WIN?

Snake Eyes running through the woods

Keeping Deadpool's skills, healing factor and insanity in mind, Snake-Eyes would win this fight. He outclasses him in the combat skill department as well as with both sword and gun play. As for the healing factor, Snake-Eyes isn't a normal hero.

He would have no problem chaining Deadpool up, attaching an anchor to him and leaving him on the bottom of the ocean until the end of time. Snake-Eyes might not be able to kill Deadpool but he could still permanently remove him from the battlefield.
