Though The CW now has a wide variety of shows based on DC superheroes, its first attempt at bringing the DC Universe to life was SmallvilleMaking its debut in 2001, the show chronicled the life of a young Clark Kent (Tom Welling) as he discovered his alien heritage and slowly grew into the legendary Superman. Now, one Smallville alum has expressed interest in guest starring on one of the newer DC shows.

Kristin Kreuk, who played Kent's first love Lana Lang, said she would love to appear in the Arrowverse if asked.

"Yea, totally, depending on what it was," Kreuk told TVLine. "It’d be so much fun."

Kreuk also said she enjoyed that Smallville was referenced in the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover. "It feels like we’re in a continuum, which is really neat."

Smallville ran for 10 seasons and even inspired a spinoff comic, "Season 11." Welling and Erica Durance, meanwhile, briefly reprised their roles as that universe's Clark Kent and Lois Lane during the aforementioned "Crisis" crossover.

Kreuk currently is the lead of the CW series Burden of Truth.
