Director Lexi Alexander announced new casting data on her website including Dash Mihok as Detective Detective Martin Soap, Colin Salmon as Agent Paul Budiansky and Doug Hutchinson as Loony Bin Jim.


What's the opinion of UGO's script review? "...out of all the possible permutations that this 'Watchmen' script could have gone, this is the closest that I've seen it come to the comic book." How 'bout that?


From the "moveon.org" file, director Wolfgang Peterson told IF Magazine that he's still jonesing for a World's Finest film. "I was very close to doing 'Batman vs. Superman' and 'Troy' with Warner Bros. and I said 'let me do both,'" Peterson said. "One first, then the other. I didn't have to make a decision, because they pulled the idea of 'Batman vs. Superman', because they got nervous that maybe [they should] start with an individual Superman film and Batman film. At one point, maybe when I'm 80 I'll get to do 'Batman vs. Superman' with a real old Christian Bale."
