Smallville Is Finally Getting Its Own Funko Pop! Series

Years after the series ended, Funko has finally given Smallville its own range of POP! figures, including Green Arrow and Lex Luthor.

Seven years after the show ended, Smallville is finally getting the Funko POP! treatment.

Funko has unveiled beloved POP! figures for Smallville, featuring Lois Lane, Lex Luthor, Green Arrow and two versions of Clark Kent. They're available for preorder, and are expected to arrive in May.

While it may seem odd for Funko to release these figures so long after the conclusion of the fan-favorite television series, Smallville clearly still has a strong, loyal following. That said, you can expect these figures to sell out quickly. There's no word yet whether other characters will be immortalized in POP! form in subsequent waves.

Based on the DC Comics characters, Smallville aired for 10 seasons, first on The WB and then on The CW, from 2001 to 2011. The show followed the adventures of Clark Kent in Smallville before he became Superman, in an attempt to allow fans to get to know the man behind the extraordinary powers. Smallville starred Tom Welling as Clark Kent, Kristin Kreuk as Lana Lang, Michael Rosebaum as Lex Luthor and Erica Durance as Lois Lane.
