'Sleepy Hollow' Casts Steven Weber as Thomas Jefferson

Steven Weber's next role will show his historical gravitas. TV Line reports the actor, whose guest spot on iZombie was just announced, will also appear as Thomas Jefferson on Fox's Sleepy Hollow.

At this point, that's all anyone knows, but Weber joins the likes of Timothy Busfield and Louis Hertham, who have appeared on the supernatural drama as Benjamin Franklin and George Washington, respectively. Jefferson has been talked about on the series, and even built the cage holding the Horseman, but this will be the former president's first appearance on screen.

Sleepy Hollow is airing reruns during its midseason hiatus, but will return next year with new episodes.
