Sony's Silver & Black will feature a slew of classic Spider-Man villains, but that's not all. According to That Hashtag Show, Dominic Fortune and a number of other heroes will appear in the film as well.

Fortune first appeared in Marvel Preview #2 in 1975. Duvid Jerome Fortunov grew up in New York during the 1920s, eventually took the name Dominic Fortune and became a "brigand for hire." He has encountered characters like Iron Man, Captain America, Doctor Doom, Phil Coulson and more throughout his travels. The report indicates that Fortune and Silver Sable will share a long history in the film. There's some basis in the comics for this, as the two worked together in the 2006 mini-series Sable and Fortune.

According to the report, Agent Mark Sim -- who is likely based on the Korean-American New Warriors character of the same name -- will also turn up. Though Sim is not expected to have a large role in the film, he will reportedly lead a team pursuing main character Black Cat. Fortune will be part of this team. They will be joined by Powell and Klein, whose names may be references to two original members of Silver Sable's Wild Pack: Doug Powell and Lorna Kleinfeldt.

Malcolm X star Delroy Lindo was previously attached to play Fortune in ABC's Marvel's Most Wanted, which was not picked up to series. It's not clear from the report whether or not Lindo will reprise his role for the movie, as no cast members have been officially announced yet.

Gina Prince-Bythewood, who directed the pilot for Marvel's Cloak and Dagger, is attached to Silver & Black, which is expected to arrive in theaters in October 2018.
