One thing that fans of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power can't get enough of is Adora and Catra. Fans loved the reboot's fresh take on their dynamic as childhood friends turned enemies. Especially when they buried the hatchet in the finale and became a couple.While the final season didn't give any time to them as a couple, it was nice to see them as friends again. Just as Bow said, Catra is cute but there's no denying she's even cuter with Adora. Fan artists were aware of this and didn't hesitate to make wholesome fan art of the two. It wasn't easy making a selection out of all the fan art submitted online but here are ten pieces of Catra and Adora fan art that can only be described as adorable.
10 Artofkace
She-Ra may possess tremendous super-strength but Adora doesn't need to change into her to tap into her raw power. In this cute piece by Artofkace Adora works out with a little help from Catra. It's hard to tell which is more likely: Adora asked Catra to sit on her to challenge herself or if Catra just hopped on to mess with her. Either way, Adora proves she can handle it and as usual, is willing to push herself to the limit. The picture perfectly captures Catra and Adora's personalities and mannerisms in a cute, simplistic style. Let's just hope Catra reminds Adora not to overdo it on the workout.
9 ChaokiEvery/ M-AL
Catra can scratch and hiss all she wants but there's no denying the truth: she is cute. ChaokiEvery and M-AL make that point crystal clear in this sweet set with Adora messing with her girlfriend. ChaokiEvery provided the line art for panel 1 and coloring & shading for panel 2 while M-AL did the opposite providing coloring & shading for panel 1 and line art for panel 2. The only thing cuter than the hoodie she is wearing is her reaction to the teasing and her tail. It's a shame that the hoodie was never in the actual show otherwise cosplayers would definitely be designing their own.

If there ever was a piece of fan art that captured the dichotomy between Catra and Adora, it would be this piece by xSaphy. As usual, Adora tries to get close to her bestie and Catra gets defensive and tries to resist. The picture is stunning and characterizes the couple accurately, especially Catra.
Thanks to Shadow Weaver's verbal abuse, Catra distanced herself from people and acted tough to get approval. If not for her friends like Adora and Scorpia dragging her out of her comfort zone the feline would still be miserable and alone. She can whine all she likes but that blush proves she doesn't completely hate it.

One of the recurring gags that were introduced early on in the series was Catra checking to see if Adora got brain damage. Mshinozaki continues that trend with this picture of Catra introducing some prop comedy into her bit. Catra wasn't exactly the most motivated soldier in the Horde but when there's an opportunity for her to mess with Adora, her determination shifted. Even if it means stealing medical equipment for a silly joke. It's kind of sweet thinking about how far Catra will go just for Adora.

Catra was never vocal with her feelings yet she managed to express herself through her actions. Whether it was hunting Adora down with Horde soldiers or leaping into a fake fire to rescue her, Catra wanted Adora to come back home. In this sweet picture, @onlyou718Â displays this in a simple embrace. Their body language speaks volumes to their relationship as Catra avoids looking at Adora yet clings to her as if she might leave. The calming colors reflect the mood of a rare instance where the two are just enjoying each other's company. At long last, Catra got Adora to stay and it looks like she isn't planning on leaving.

Dressed in their clothes from the future Adora foresaw in the finale, Catra and Adora lie outside Brightmoon in this piece by ArtKittweetz. For this request, they paid homage to a piece of artwork from the 1920s called Lovers Under the Desert Sky. The setting is different but the tone remains as the girlfriends enjoy each other's company.
Kudos to the artist for recreating the feel of a rack focus and placing the focus on the lovers. The glowing outline of Adora and the hazy background gives the picture a dreamlike aesthetic. Which makes sense from the looks of it the two of them look like they are in a dream come true.

If you ever wondered what Catra and Adora would look like as anime girls, Leofoxart has got you covered. A fitting style to draw them in considering how convoluted their relationship has been over the years much like a shoujo couple. Catra's reaction is toned down compared to the other pictures but the sentiment is still there. The pink color scheme complements their outfits and sets a romantic mood between the girls. It's a beautiful picture though Catra would likely shred this is she ever got her claws on it.

While on the subject of anime-inspired pictures, here is one from C.Beanowitz  that looks like a long-lost She-Ra beach episode. The gangs all here with Catra and Adora in the foreground with the Princess Alliance in the background.
Although the background characters are incredibly simplistic they retain their core characteristics and mannerisms with Frosta standing triumphant over a sandcastle and Sea Hawk being....well, Sea Hawk. The work on Adora and Catra makes up for it with the detail put into Catra's fur and Adora's scars. It's also hilarious witnessing Catra act like a cat as Adora forces her to have fun with everybody.
2 Su_ggushi
While one is fit for battle and the other isn't, there are a lot of similarities between She-Ra and Snow White. Both are princesses that worked for a villain only to run away, live with a group of strangers she befriends, and gets rescued by a dashing prince. Bow and the princesses are endearing dwarves in this picture by @su_ggushi  and it makes sense that Adora would play the princess that cleans up the mess. Catra is the only one who looks out of place and she realizes it as she hesitates to show expose her true feeling like usual. She better wake her up soon before someone else swoops in and saves Adora with a kiss.

BlossomPPG presents a rather heart-warming picture in this intimate moment between the two. The subdued colors and shading are top-notch creating a calming, serene atmosphere. It's a tender, tasteful scene that feels like something that would naturally occur with Adora taking the time to admire her girlfriend. Having grown up with Catra and seen the hardships she faced it makes sense that Adora would be relieved to see her best friend sleeping peacefully. There's nothing left to say except that this is adorable.
