The following contains spoilers for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Episode 5, "Mean, Green, and Straight Poured into These Jeans," now streaming on Disney+.

The latest episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law just bucked the Disney+ series' established approach to post-credits scenes.

While previous episodes have all included humorous stingers, "Mean, Green and Straight Poured into These Jeans" doesn't include any bonus material once the credits roll. It's currently unclear why this is the case, nor is it known whether future episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will follow suit and air without post-credits scenes, as well. For reference, Marvel Studios' previous Disney+ series haven't included a post-credits scene with every episode, either.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's fifth episode continues another of the Disney+ show's closing credits-related traditions, however. As in previous episodes, the courtroom-inspired illustrations by artist Kagan McLeod featured during the credits also expand on plot points within the episode itself. In "Mean, Green and Straight Poured into These Jeans," this includes artwork depicting Augustus "Pug" Pugliese (Josh Segarra) continuing his search for Iron Man-inspired sneakers with Nikki Ramos (Ginger Gonzaga) in tow.

The Unscripted Magic of She-Hulk's Post-Credits Scenes

The decision not to include a post-credits scene with She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's fifth episode will no doubt disappoint many fans, especially given the show's track record in this department. For example, Episode 3's infamous stinger saw Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) twerking alongside Megan Thee Stallion (appearing as herself). Walters is in She-Hulk form during the scene, and behind-the-scenes photos have since surfaced online which show Maslany performing the character's dance choreography in a full-body motion capture suit.

Another memorable She-Hulk: Attorney at Law post-credits scene dropped in the following episode, "Is This Not Real Magic?". This bonus footage spotlights the unlikely friendship between Wong (Benedict Wong) and Madisynn King (Patty Guggenheim), as the pair sit on Wong's couch and talk about cocktails. Director Kat Coiro has since revealed that the scene was developed after Episode 4's script was already finished. "When Wong and Madisynn are riffing with each other…? That didn't exist in the script," she said. "That came purely from the actors' comedic chemistry and us going, 'We've got to throw some cameras on these two, because they're so funny.'"

Coiro also revealed that she was responsible for Guggenheim being asked to read for the Madisynn role, as she frequently collaborates with the actor and considers her "a comedic genius." According to Coiro, Guggenheim crushed her audition, leaving several Marvel Studios executives crying with laughter.
