One of She-Hulk's directors has addressed the possibility of the Disney+ show receiving a second season.

In an interview with The Wrap, Kat Coiro, who directed several episodes of the series, was asked if She-Hulk might run longer than a single season. "I will let Kevin Feige answer that question," Coiro said. "For now, we have done a season and it's coming out sometime this year. And we'll go from there." While Coiro doesn't really answer the question, she seems to leave open the possibility that She-Hulk could, in fact, receive a second season.

Announced in 2019, She-Hulk will follow the titular hero, also known as Jennifer Walters. Specific plot details for She-Hulk are unknown at this time. However, the series will see the returns of Bruce Banner/Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and Emil Blonsky/Abomination (Tim Roth). Jameela Jamil will also make her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in the project as Titania, one of She-Hulk's classic villains.

Recently, Roth provided an update on Abomination, who last appeared in 2021's Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. In 2008's The Incredible Hulk, Blonsky gets injected with a version of the Super-Soldier Serum, which gives him enhanced abilities, though there's a major physical toll. He later gets injected with some of Banner's blood, which mutates him into Abomination. Just whether or not the Abomination version of Blonsky would ever go away wasn't clear, but Roth says his character will regain his human form in She-Hulk.

In 2021, Marvel Studios began releasing MCU shows on Disney+, starting with WandaVision in January. Since then, four other shows have released: The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, What If...? and Hawkeye. Of those shows, only Loki and What If...? have been confirmed for second seasons. The next MCU Disney+ show to arrive will be Moon Knight on March 30.

Walters first appeared in 1980's Savage She-Hulk #1. Created by Stan Lee and John Buscema, Walters received a blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner, resulting in her transforming into She-Hulk. However, unlike her cousin, Walters retains significantly more control of her emotional state. Over the years, she's used her incredible strength and durability as a member of such teams as the Avengers.

Created by Jessica Gao, She-Hulk is expected to release sometime in 2022. The series will run for ten episodes.
