Shazam is one of the older superheroes, having originally appeared during the Golden Age of Comics to great success. Along with the hero came with many of his most notable villains, including the nefarious Doctor Sivana. Throughout his history, Sivana has occasionally had his own answer to the Marvel family: His children, who appear in stories sporadically.

Despite the seeming randomness of their appearances, the children of Sivana have a long history in the DC Universe.

Pre-Crisis

Magnificus, Jr, Georgia and Beautia Sivana from Shazam comics

Before he became known as Shazam, Captain Marvel and the characters associated with him were first part of their own universe separate from the DC Universe. In this world (often referred to in the modern era as the Fawcett Universe, named for Captain Marvel's original publisher Fawcett Comics), Doctor Sivana was one of the chief villains for the Golden Age incarnation of the character.

Among Sivana's minions were his four children: Beautia, Magnificus, Georgia and Thaddesus Jr. However, they weren't all committed to working alongside their father. Beautia was actually a surprisingly sweet-natured girl, who often had to be forced into her father's service. Likewise, Magnificus was a more heroically inclined character who even became friends with Shazam.

Meanwhile, Thaddeus Jr. and Georgia became dedicated villains in their own right, becoming enemies of Captain Marvel Jr. and Mary Marvel, respectively. However, Fawcett Comics was eventually forced to cease publishing Captain Marvel and similar titles in 1953 because of a copyright lawsuit from DC Comics. Almost two decades later, Fawcett licensed the Shazam universe to DC Comics, who gradually reincorporated the character and his related characters into their universe with Earth-S -- although Sivana's children didn't appear for some time.

Post-Crisis

Following the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths, Captain Marvel was more incorporated into the growing DC Universe. This included Sivana becoming a more prominent character -- albeit with only two of his children playing any real role.

Beautia and Magnificus both appeared throughout The Power Of Shazam as reluctant adversaries for the Marvel Family. Beautia especially became entangled with Captian Marvel, developing romantic feelings for the hero and never fully betraying him to her father. Meanwhile, Magnificus was reimagined as a pilot and fairly good man, despite his connection to his father.

Georgia and Thaddeus Jr. didn't make their Post-Crisis return until 52, with the pair trying to use their father's technology to go back in time and affect their lives for positive (and petty) changes. They appeared alongside their mother Venus, who proved to be the ultimate idea of a party host for a special dinner with Black Adam and his family. She revealed herself to have left Sivana over his obsession with Captain Marvel, but she still cared for her ex-husband deeply.

However, she was also revealed to be deeply prejudiced during the party, at one point even referring to Black Adam and his loved ones with a derogatory slur, suggesting a darker side even to these more innocent forms.

Multiversity

Three of Sivana's children feature in The Multiversity, specifically the "ThunderWorld" issue set on Earth-5. A world protected only by Captain Marvel and his allies, his version of Sivana has proven to be his most consistent and dangerous threat.

By working with other versions of Sivana from across the multiverse, the Earth-5 version of the character is able to track down the Rock of Eternity and steal the magical energy within. Repurposing it to his own goals, he uses three of his children -- Magnificus, Georgia, and Thaddeus Jr. -- as test subjects for his attempt to hijack the Shazam transformation. It works and turns them into superpowered versions of themselves, who give Captain Marvel a run for his money. Once the hero calls upon Mary Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr., the Sivanas quickly lose the battle.

Although they've only appeared in The Multiversity, the Earth-5 version of the Sivana family is easily the most compelling one ever introduced. Pairing them (as in the Golden Age) as direct contrasts to the Marvel Family offers up plenty of easy conflict between Sivana and the ever-growing family connected to the power of Shazam. The selfish nature of the family could also make for a fun contrast to the Marvel Family. Beautia  missing from the meeting even suggests she could even be a good figure as opposed to her family.

So much of Shazam -- especially lately -- has been centered somewhat around the family that Billy Batson has grown around him. Having a villainous and bitter foil family might make for the perfect villains for the hero going forward.
