In a new behind-the-scenes photo from Shazam!, the film's version of Superman finally shows his face.

The character Superman made a small cameo towards the end of the film, with Shazam/Billy Batson inviting him to have lunch with his foster siblings at school. In the short sequence, the camera didn't show the Big Blue Boy Scout's face, leading fans to wonder just who was playing the role. Some guessed Henry Cavil was hiding his mustache, while others suggested this may be his replacement in the DC Extended Universe. Eventually, in an interview with Deadline, the movie's director David F. Sandberg revealed it was Ryan Hadley, Shazam's stunt double.

Even if Hadley's face didn't appear in the final film, it's nice to know he still had that iconic curl while donning the costume.

Directed by David F. Sandberg and starring Zachary Levi, Shazam! is currently available on digital HD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD.
