After months of teases by Shazam! director David F. Sandberg and star Zachary Levi, we may have our first look at the actor in costume as the DC Comics superhero.

A set photo circulating on Twitter shows what certainly appears to be Levi dressed in the iconic red-and-gold suit at a Toronto shopping mall decked out for Christmas. Although it's difficult to make a proper assessment from the image's angle, the costume looks faithful to the comic books, and with a hood, as Sandberg recently teased.

Of course, some may suggest the suit is a little too faithful to the source material in an era in which big-screen heroes are typically depicted wearing leather or else in carefully sculpted and textured costumes. It's possible this more "traditional" look plays into a plot point, akin to Steve Rogers' USO attire from 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger.

Whatever the case, we can likely expect the first official look at Levi as the titular hero to be released soon.

Arriving April 5, 2019, Shazam! stars Zachary Levi as the titular hero, Asher Angel as Billy Batson, Mark Strong as Doctor Sivana, Grace Fulton as Mary Bromfield, Jack Dylan Grazer as Freddy Freeman, Ian Chen as Eugene Choi, Jovan Armand as Pedro Pena, Ron Cephas Jones as the Wizard and Cooper Andrews and Marta Milans as foster parents Victor and Rosa Vasquez.
