CBR has an exclusive teaser from DC Comics which hints at some major changes coming for Shazam, Martian Manhunter and more.

The teaser artwork sees Shazam/Billy Batson bursting out of the Rock of Eternity. Hovering to the right of him is Mary Marvel/Mary Bromfield, who has since taken on the powers of Shazam while Billy has been away in DC's The New Champion of Shazam! series. On Billy's left is Yara Flor, DC's new Wonder Woman, while a monsterious looking Martian Manhunter hangs below. Also featured below Billy are creatures that appear to be part of The Trench. "Heroes transformed," teaser text reads. "Secrets revealed. Powers unleashed." More information will follow during DC Comics' "Explore the DC Multiverse" panel at New York Comic Con, which runs from 1:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to 2:45 p.m. EST on Oct. 6.

While recent DC continuity has seen Billy been trapped with the Rock of Eternity following the events of Titans Academy, Yara, Mary and Martian Manhunter are all currently envolved in the ongoing Dark Crisis event. Martian Manhunter was one of the many Justice League heroes defeated by Pariah and the Dark Army in Justice League #75. While he's since been living in a world created by Pariah that seems him become a detective called "The Martian Squidhunter," he and the other heroes recently escaped their confinement and confronted their enemy in Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #5, which is the latest issue of the series.

Yara and Mary, meanwhile, have both joined Jon Kent's newly assembled team of heroes, which Dick Grayson/Nightwing refers to as "Titans" in Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #5. The issue ends with Pariah and his Dark Army arriving on Prime Earth, presumably with the intention to kidnap the Titans since he's now in need of more heroes since the Justice League has escaped. While Mary was quick to join the Dark Crisis cause, Yara took more convincing as she initially turned down the opportuinty when approached by Jon in Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #1.
