New concept art has debuted for the Shanghai Disney Resort, revealing plans for a Toy Story-themed hotel.

Released on Disney Insider, the images provide an overview of the resort, which will include a Magic Kingdom-style theme park, two hotels and a shopping, dining and entertainment district called Disneytown (complete with Walt Disney Grand Theatre).

However, the Toy Story-themed hotel is what we're really interested in, as its exterior replicates the wallpaper of Andy's bedroom in the films, while the entry features what appears to be a sculpture of ever-present Pixar ball. The Disney blog only states, "The Resort's Toy Story Hotel will transport guests to a world inspired by the toys from the Disney•Pixar series of Toy Story animated films."

Announced in 2009, the $4.4 billion Shanghai resort is expected to cover 963 acres, making it about three times the size of Hong Kong Disneyland. A joint venture between The Walt Disney Company and the Chinese government-owned Shanghai Shendi Group, the Shanghai Disney Resort is scheduled to open in 2016.
