(Los Angeles, November 16, 2004) – Seven Seas Entertainment announced this
week a one-of-a-kind opportunity for manga fans–The “Manga-fy Me!” contest.
By providing a self-portrait done in a manga style, entrants have a chance
to have their likeness drawn into one of Seven Seas initial manga releases.
Gomanga.com users will select two winners from the entries via online
“Growing up, what kid doesn’t dream of being a character in a comic book or
manga?” said contest supervisor Jake Forbes. “With this contest, two lucky
manga fans will have that dream come true!” In addition to the “manga-fying”
grand prizes, 6 runners up will get signed copies of Seven Seas manga titles
when they arrive in February.
Entries must be received by November 30th. Open voting takes place during
