9 Knights
Knights is pretty similar to Seven Deadly Sins due to the fact that it is about knights and witches, putting it in a similar time settling as Sins. Knights follows a squire named Mistletien, who calls himself Mist for short. He sets out to stand up against a church that has begun burning people at the stake on suspicion of witchcraft. He calls himself the Black Knight for short, and he travels with a young woman named Euphemia, who has skills with potions and seems to be something of a witch herself.
8 Goblin Slayer
Goblin Slayer is a popular manga that deals with some of the same ideas and themes as Seven Deadly Sins. Where the characters of Sins are outlawed and have to face actual demons in order to survive out in the world and retake their place in the kingdom, Goblin Slayer features a hero who wants to kill as many goblins as possible, going out of his way to do so.
The series follows a group of adventurers much like a video game party, all of whom have different skill sets that come in handy as they face off against the monsters they meet on the road.
7 Spice And Wolf
Spice and Wolf follows a young goddess who realizes that the village on which she has been bestowing prosperity in return for worship no longer considers themselves in need of her, instead relying on technology to get them the results they need. She therefore takes on a human form and chooses a young man to act as her guide, to take her away from the village and to a mountainous area where gods still reside.

Slayers started as a light novel but has since had both manga and anime adaptations. The series follows a character named Lina Inverse who is a powerful sorceress capable of great magical tasks. The world is filled with gods and monsters who are constantly fighting, along with sorcerers and magicians like Lina who add their magic to the battles.
5 The Strange Adventure Of A Broke Mercenary
This is one of many manga and anime that play on tropes seen in video games. The Strange Adventure of a Broke Mercenary follows a man who was a member of a mercenary’s guild until that guild was utterly destroyed, leaving him as the only survivor. Now he’s trying to make a living as a mercenary on his own and also going on adventures in the magical world in which he lives, joining up with new allies as he goes.
4 The Heroic Legend Of Arslan
The Heroic Legend of Arslan is also a manga that started out as a light novel. But the manga features art by Hiromu Arakawa, the creator of Fullmetal Alchemist, which is reason enough to check it out. Kango Bancho was created by mangaka Nakaba Suzuki, who also created Seven Deadly Sins.
Kango Bancho deals with fairly similar themes, with a main character who finds himself in the middle of something called the “23 District Project,” in which the leaders of various gangs around Tokyo fight in a tournament for control of Japan.
2 Rurouni Kenshin
Rurouni Kenshin takes place in Japan, which removes it from some of the Western ideas of knights and aristocracy as seen in Seven Deadly Sins. But the series follows a samurai named Kenshin who participated in a war to reestablish the empire and has since rejected the idea of war. He instead fights only to defend the lives and livelihoods of his friends and the town he has come to accept as his own.
1 Knight’s And Magic
Knight’s and Magic is an isekai and mecha manga as much as it’s a manga about knights and medieval times. The series follows a young man who is killed in a car accident and is reincarnated in a parallel world in which knights fight in battles against demon creatures, all while wearing magical robotic battle suits.
