Serial Box has released the cover for its upcoming Marvel's Jessica Jones: Playing With Fire audiobook collaboration.

CBR can exclusively reveal the covers, as illustrated by Hawkeye artist Annie Wu. The cover sees Jessica wearing her iconic leather jacket. She leans over a desk piled with papers, files and a backpack, while a flame erupts behind her. The image is cast in fiery reds, yellows and oranges.

The 16-episode series is written by Lauren Beukes, Vita Ayala, Sam Beckbessinger, Zoe Quinn and Elsa Sjunneson and narrated by Fryda Wolff, who is no stranger to the Marvel Universe. Previously, Wolff voiced Enchantress in Avengers Assemble and Lylla in Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series. Her previous credits also include DC Super Hero Girls, where she lent her voice to Poison Ivy.

According to the official series synopsis,

When a teenager with powers goes missing, Jessica Jones is determined to find the boy and solve the case. But as she's drawn deeper into the mystery, all avenues lead her to a dark, ancient, and deadly magic -- and Jessica can't pull herself away from the truth.

Marvel's Jessica Jones: Playing With Fire joins Serial Box's other Marvel collaborations Thor: Metal Gods and Black Widow: Bad Blood. A future installment will focus on Black Panther.

On Thursday, May 28, the first three episodes of Marvel's Jessica Jones: Playing With Fire will arrive via the Serial Box website and the Serial Box app, which is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Subsequent episodes will release weekly every Thursday.
