With Apple poised to enter the streaming wars with its premium streaming service Apple TV+, complete with its own original programming, the tech company has released its first full trailer for its original series See.

Starring Jason Momoa as Baba Voss, the upcoming series takes place in a post-apocalyptic world, with the virus that decimated humanity leaving the world blind. As Voss gains the ability to see and lead his tribe, he finds himself, his family and his friends hunted by a queen who believes his newfound ability to be a form of evil black magic.

First announced July 2018, See is slated to run for eight episodes, with the entire miniseries written by Stephen Knight (Peaky Blinders) and directed by Francis Lawrence (Red Sparrow).

Apple recently confirmed that Apple TV+ will launch at the start of Nov. at the cost of $5 a month, with those who purchase a new Apple device receiving a year subscription for free. In addition to Apple devices, the service will also be available through Samsung, Roku and Amazon Fire TV.
