In the midst of Marvel Comics #1000's release and celebrations for Jack Kirby's birthday, Marvel teased a new project from popular creator Skottie Young.
The Secret Skottie Project page on Marvel.com greets visitors with Young's version of Marvel's many heroes, who surround the following announcement: "This fall, Marvel will be launching a new exclusive product featuring Skottie Young's amazing illustrations. Sign up and be the first to learn about this secret project!"
While the site does not give away much more than that, it tempts visitors with a fall reveal date and the promise of more information. The site also includes a link to sign up as mentioned, with the potential to earn up to 10,000 Marvel's Insider points for doing so.
"Product" could mean anything from a new book to a line of merchandise with his art on it, but the fact that it already has a dedicated page should generate some excitement, regardless of what it ends up being. With the product due to launch sometime in fall, the wait should be relatively short.
