The latest series from former "Walking Dead" show runner Glen Mazzarra has debuted its first trailer, showcasing the upcoming series' dedication to scaring the pants off of viewers.

A&E's "Damien," which has yet to have an announced premiere date, picks up 25 years after the events of "The Omen." And as Mazzarra tells The Hollywood Reporter, aims to be "cutting-edge material."

"The bar is set so high given other great horror shows that are on TV," Mazzarra said of the state of drama on television today. "We have our work cut out for us; everybody is really interested in pushing the boundaries. I think we've got a few episodes that people are going to be talking about."
