Ahead of the Aug. 16 debut of Phineas and Ferb: Marvel Mission, the first crossover between Disney and Marvel animated properties, the Disney Channel has revealed that Star Wars will be coming next year to Danville. Disney purchased Lucasfilm last fall in a $4.05 billion deal.

Announced Friday at Comic-Con International in San Diego, the one-hour episode finds Phineas and Ferb living happily on Tatooine, where their moisture farm neighbors the one owned by Luke Skywalker's uncle and aunt. However, they're thrust into rebellion when then plans for destroying the Death Star accidentally fall into their hands. As they attempt to reach the Rebel Alliance, they're pursued by Candace, who's intent on retrieving the Death Star plans, while on the massive space station the low-level Darth Enshmirtz has created a Force powered "Sith-inator" that undercover Rebellion operative Agent P is dispatched to stop him from using.

No premiere date was announced.
